Wilde Catering grown has evolved for over the past 10 years.

Beginning as a food stand in San Diego, Lydie set out to Denver, CO to start her food truck. While initially she had planned on taking her truck to Austin, TX and eventually back to San Diego, she decided build her dream here in Colorado. All came into fruition after meeting her future wife and business partner, Jess.

From the food truck we eventually expanded to multiple locations and are now proud to focus on our brunch restaurant Wilde in the Denver Highlands and our true passion Wilde Catering.

We specialize in coastal brunches with a Mexican influence, corporate catering, catering for non-profits, breakfast burritos, bridal & baby showers, weddings, & more!
